Here’s how it works: our fitness consultation lasts just under an hour and is a chance for us to get to know you and your health & fitness background. We may do some assessments and even take you through a sample workout. Based on those results and your medical history we can determine the safest and most effective way for you to reach your fitness goals. We think you’ll find this complementary consultation to be an enlightening and educational process!
